Escobar has said US ambassadors to Pristina and Belgrade have spoken of consequences and said those who reject partnership will face consequences.
“Using the word sanction is inappropriate. Ambassadors have talked about consequences. Absolutely, we are asking the two countries to make the decisions that lead to stability.
Those who reject partnership will face the consequences”, Escobar said at a media conference.
