Mirsada and Dion Ademij (five years old) were given last goodbye on Monday.
As a result of the first three days of flooding in this city, two people were also injured, and major damage to infrastructure and business.
This situation alarmed local and central institutions about the dangers and consequences that could bring the rains of Saturday's size.
Emergency expert Tahir Ahmeti has shown the causes of floods in rural and urban areas.

“Among the causes of these floods in rural areas are the blockages of rivers or rocks from the dropping of various wastes, while in urban areas one of the causes is the weak underground infrastructure, so the water supply and sewer network, which cannot afford to deal with the heavy waters, when we have the thickest”, he said.
Ahmeti said Kosovo is endangered by three kinds of natural risks and that, according to him, they are unpredictable.
Kosovo is mainly endangered by three natural risks -- earthquakes, floods and forest fires. Other dangers, however, should not be underestimated, such as heavy snowfall, avalanches, strong winds, landslides, and damage to artificial lakes”, Ahmeti stressed.
Natural disasters are unpredictable, with different intensity and effects, which can strike any moment at any time causing loss of human lives and material goods”, he added.
Emergency expert added that citizens should have basic knowledge about disasters, while listing the preventive measures the state should take.
The basic views of natural disasters are very important for all citizens, so they can at least know how to act on certain occasions. However, there is a constant social education needed for these disasters, from children to the most advanced age”, he said.
Competent <x0gans, in addition to other precautions, should make regulation of river beds, canals or rock channels, so that water can be prevented from coming out of the beds, which can then cause floods, and prevent the uncontrolled explosion of gravel, in river beds, which directly affects the normal flow of water that is forced to come out of the bed and then flood, also requires self-defence but punitive campaigns for citizens who throw rivers into waste or rock, and that can affect many of us when we have dense water, or rivers to close, or to close, or to have these rivers shut down. While in urban areas the underground infrastructure must be improved”, the emergency expert said.
He also had a message for Kosovo institutions.
The state “Institutions should always be prepared that if these kinds of disasters occur with larger proportions, the response should be quick, effective and professional”, Ahmeti said.
Meanwhile, from the Kosovo Hydrometeorology Institute stressed that the weather during the summer season would keep variable.
For a short period of time, we'll have high temperatures, but in a few days we'll have rainy weather and storm”, Klankosova.tv, Besimi Aliu from this institute. /I jumped. tv
