She was elected today by the Committee for Political Affairs and Democracy at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

MPs from the Kosovo Assembly, Ariana Shoshi and Arben Gashi, made this known to Klakosova.tv. PDK and LDK lawmakers are part of the Kosovo delegation that is staying in Strasbourg.

Tomorrow, a rapporteur is expected to be appointed by the Committee for Legal Affairs that will make consultative reports.

The Committee on Undiscrimination and Equality will also appoint a rapporteur for a consultative report.

Earlier, two dominant lawyers have been appointed making an evaluation report for Kosovo.

Bakoyannis will make a comprehensive report on the Committee for Policy and Democracy, which will then be voted in the plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
