One of the citizens who was released from Serbia on Thursday, detained in Merdar on Tuesday, Dervis Maliqi, has said Serbian police told them the arrest only has to do with political issues.
Except these two civilians who took us here, not good. All the cops in Kursumli as well as Prokuple have treated us well because they're the wonder of this. Every cop said this was politics”.
Yet, he has expressed uncertainty that he will do the same again.
