Calls from all sides to de-servation, what Albin Kurti must do according to Halil Matosh

The United States of America, the European Union and other allied Kosovo countries, including neighbouring ones, are constantly calling on authorities in Pristina and Belgrade to reduce tensions -- a move they think would lead to the de-excellation of the situation.
The European Union has called on Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti on Monday, and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, to unconditionally accept the invitation for participation in the Brussels crisis meeting, which is meant to be held according to all likelihood on 22 June or 23 June.
The leaders of both countries have not given a “OO” to Brussels cut.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, when asked whether he would accept a meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq in Brussels, has said he is still undecided if he will participate.
He added that when he's got the data on what the cops are like, he'll decide if he wants to go.
While Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has declared he could go to the meeting, only as he has said “technically”.
I consider it pointless to talk to a person who is not willing to talk. Technically, I can present myself at that meeting... but, uh, speaking to Kurt not”, Vuciq said.
Publicist Halil Matosi, in a conversation with Periscopi, has said the prime minister's decisions in the country's north have only produced conflict, where for balance there are 2 mayors “isolated” and three kidnapped border police officers, thus losing support of Western Kosovo allies
He also ignored Western conditions for de-exception by turning his terms back and continuing to personalize the conflict between Kosovo and Serbia, in his conflict with President Vuciq. He is in a dangerous race with Aleksandar Vuciq about who is stronger in the north. He managed to capture two alleged mayors at municipal facilities in the north and catch three criminals, but is now losing all Allied support. And there is no one talking about the three border police men kidnapped by the Serbian special gendarmerie unit. Everyone is treating him with silence! ” Matosh said.
For analyst Matoshi, the only way out of this situation is to start with implementing the Ohrid Agreement, and then the next steps he has explained to him:
“Curt's Square and Kosovo saves only the urgent start of implementing the Ohrid Agreement, initially drawing the two mayors from municipal objects to communities' offices, along with special police and the announcement of free elections in the north, and regaining reports with the US and the EU as existential questions”, Matosi has said of Periscope.
At the end of May, in the northern part, the Kosovo government made a decision to install mayors of Serb majority municipalities in municipal buildings under the presence of the Special Unit of Kosovo. This caused disappointment among Serb residents of that part, who initiated protests, which in some cases even escalated into violence.
Kosovo police have arrested several people suspected of violence against journalists and KFOR members.
About a week ago, Serbian police have kidnapped three border police officers, who, according to Kosovo authorities, were within Kosovo's territory. In Serbia, they have been assigned detention measures.
For their immediate and unconditional release, the United States has also appealed. /Periscope.
