Borrell: I will invite Kosovo, Serbia to emergency meeting in Brussels next week

“E know there has been an incident there over the arrest of three police officials from Kosovo, and we are trying to understand exactly what happened. We are in close contact with KFOR commander and both sides so that we can see what has really happened that has led to this arrest”, he has told reporters before the start of the EU interior ministers' meeting with NATO, the AP reports.

Borrell has announced that he will now invite the two states to the meeting.

The three Kosovo police officers, according to the official announcement of Kosovo authorities, have been kidnapped within the country's territory by Serb forces.
