The citizen who caused the accident has become a witness when the ambulance, called by police, initiated by the House of Health in Gracanica, has emerged at the site of Belgrade's license plates.

Lajci relates that in 30 minutes they have been waiting for police station in Gracanica to go to the scene, conversations with Serbian citizens were perfectly normal, and they have shown no signs of injury.
When the police arrived, which were an Albanian and a Serb, the Serbian police removed the Serb citizen several metres, and after talking to him, he began to complain that he was injured and called the ambulance”, Lajci relates.
He admits that he has argued with the police because he doubts the same has prompted the Serb citizen to complain unjustly of injuries, until it explains that the speed of the vehicle at the moment of the accident was about 30 Kmh.
And until the situation has calmed down somewhat with the intervention of Albanian police, the Serbian police officer, according to Lajci, has insisted on calling an ambulance.
The latter, when she went to the scene, caused another surprise to the citizen Leicci.
The “Autoambulance had Belgrade license plates covered with stickers. I've been offended by this and I'm starting to take a photo”, he's telling RTKLive.
At that moment, the Serbian policeman asked me to give him the phone and erase the photos, the action I did not accept, and yet I had verbal clashes with him”, Lajci explains.
According to him, the Serbian police's instructions for the Serb citizen, without any hurt to call the ambulance and the arrival of the latter with Belgrade license plates, to be offensive, and that is why he has refused to go to the police station in Gracanica, to be reported as required by police patrol.
Contact with the Kosovo Police on Sunday to confirm this case was not possible.
Meanwhile, the health and educational system in Kosovo, in Serb majority municipalities, function fully special to the Kosovo state system.
