In a part of the witness was asked whether there was damage in several villages during 1998, the witness stated that injuries to villages in question were done following NATO bombings in 1999.
Furthermore, the witness was asked about a kidnapping of a person who had been made in that village by some masked persons who he had not been able to distinguish their faces and said they had black uniforms, Klakosova reports.tv.
Otherwise, this court process began two and a half years later, after being held in custody at The Hague, of four KLA leaders Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.
The SPS Act, set up on September 30th 2022, charges Thaci, Krasniqi, Wessel and Selimi on charges of joint criminal enterprise, which, according to the prosecution, had “the common goal of securing and exercising control over all of Kosovo through methods involving intimidation, mistreatment, violence, and the illegal elimination of those considered opponent <x1, between March 1998 and 1999, in various Kosovo countries.
