Under the deal, the company's production complex and located in Kaluga has also been sold, says the statement noting that the deal has also been approved by Russian officials.

Russian news agency “Interfax” in its May 12th news said the deal was worth $125m. Previously in Russia, companies' assets “Mercedes”, “Renault” and “Nissan” were transferred to the Russian government.
