In Elbasan, Socialist candidate Glidjan Lajat, has won 55.03% of the vote, while Luciano Boci of Together We win only 44.97%.
In Baskina Kamez, Rakip Sul of the Socialists has managed to get an absolute majority of 60.65% of the vote.
Vora was taken from the Socialist Party's Blerim Shera with 74.8.8% of the vote in front of 25.72% of Indri Hoxha by the coalition Together We Win
