In the first reaction after the elections, the SP chairman, at the same time the country's prime minister, Edi Rama, said the victory was deep, while low turnout according to him was a boycott of citizens against the opposition.
Meanwhile, opposition coalition leaders “Basca won” rejected the election outcome.
The most important victory, Prime Minister Rama named it at Shkodra, which for the first time in 30 years will be led by its Socialist Party, its candidate, Bennett Beci.
The prime minister responded to official Athens statements for the arrest of Alfred Beler, who won the mayor of Himara while in custody charged with vote buying.
