The National Security Council meeting agreed on all necessary security activities aimed at strengthening the defence capacities of the Republic of Serbia, reports N1.

“due to the brutal use of Albin Kurti's force and its forces against the Serb people in Kosovo, the armed forces of the Republic of Serbia remain at the highest level of combat readiness until the second announcement were agreed on at the National Security Council meeting”, the Serbian president's cabinet said in the communique.

It is stressed that KFOR/NATO has not done its job in line with UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and the Kumanovo Military-Technic Agreement.

Serbia's Chief of General Staff of Armed Forces, General Milan Mojsilovic, is authorised to maintain direct contacts with KFOR commander, in an effort to ensure that KFOR/NATO meets its post and mandate, in line with relevant UN acts and protects Serbs in Kosovo.
