Producers say it has been weeks since Serbian authorities have imposed unwarranted bureaucratic procedures.
In all, Kosovo oil exported to Serbia is being blocked into customs depots for weeks, as long as the product analysis is being conducted, costing Kosovar producers 100 euros for any analysis, RTK reports.
