According to Selmanaj, through reconciliation for such a declaration, Kosovo enables Serbia to lift state-run judicial responsibility for violent disappearances.
“In agreeing to the declaration of the missing, Kosovo allows Serbia to lift the state-run criminal responsibility for violent disappearances under Article 2 of the UN Convention”, Selmanaj has said.
The LDK MP says removing the sentence “that disappeared by violence” indicates that Kurti is aimed at overcoming rather than addressing crimes.
I'm quoting from Article 2. The violent disappearance is considered any arrest by state agents or groups of people under state authorization. The removal of the violent missing sentence is brutally at risk that through the deviation of the terminology I can confirm that it is aimed at addressing the address but over-ex1> has added to the Selmanaj tour.
