The Kremlin considers these actions a planned act of terrorism and an attempt to kill the president on the eve of Victory Day and the May 9th parade.
Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told RIA Novosti that plans to hold a parade at Red Square on 9 May remain in force.
