The University Clinical Centre of Kosovo has awarded a tender to the company “Groeco”, entitled “The construction of balcony doors and the regulation of the vessels at the Infectious Clinic”. The tender is worth 9 thousand and 690 Euros, says Schneta newspaper.
The company “Growco” is owned by businessman Avni Stublla. Last year, he was filed with an indictment by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova for public procurement fraud.

According to a “reportA Vow of Justice”, charged with violating the rules for public procurement, offering to give public procurement contracts, falling late in paying off obligations, namely taxes, and avoiding minimum required qualifications and specified in the tender file and in announcing the contract with the impact of contracting authority.

It's about a tender in the Malisheva municipality where the procurement manager Nuhi Shalaj is also charged. The latter is accused of illegally enabling the economic operator to win a tender for cemeteric regulation in the neighbourhood “Hoti” in the Malisheva municipality, which covers the value of approximately 20 thousand euros.
