The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj has asked the Foundation Court in Ferizaj for a month-long detention of four convicted detainees.
“Foundation Procurory at Ferizaj, the Department of Criminals of the Randa, announces the public opinion that he has requested from the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, the appointment of a 30-day detention measure to four (4) defendants with initials B.M., A.H., B.K. and A.M., due to alleged criminal acts “Fadeja” from Article 331 paragraph 3 concerning Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, “taskation” from Article 328 par.2 concerning KPRK Article 31 and “Organising pyramid schemes and illegal gambling” from Article 294 par.2, KPRK<7>, says the report.
The defendants, with the State Prosecutor's decision, are under the 48-hour ban on high-profile criminal acts.
