The quality suspect of the Kosovo Agency for Energy Efficiency director has signed contracts about the implementation of several projects in Dubrava Prison with a company worth $19,500.00. The projects in Dubrava Prison were already carried out in 2016-2018, (in Pavilion 4, worth 271,466.66-made in 2016-2018, at Pavilion 6, value 233,309.00 .000 .000, carried out in 2016-2018 and lighting out the outer perimeter of Dubrava Prison, Stage I, worth 15,240.00, 2, 2, 18,6700, and phase V at the value of 20,000. It is noteworthy that in 2021, another case was initiated by police”, said the police report.
Kuliqi is suspected of “misusing official position or authority”. After the interview, the case has gone into regular procedure.
