At this meeting, it will be discussed implementing the recently reached agreement on the road to normalisation of reports between Kosovo and Serbia and its accent. Discussions for Association are expected to continue, but also for the current situation in northern Kosovo after the April 23rd local elections in four municipalities, which the Serbian List boycotted.
The European Union's Emisari for the dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has in advance met separately with Bislim and Petkov, who meet for the first time after the summit between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq in Brussels on 2 May.
The European Union and the United States consider that some progress was made at that meeting on the issue of establishing the Association of Serb majority municipalities, as a draft of the statute of this community of municipalities was introduced, which Kosovo considers unacceptable. The EU says that draft is the starting point for detection on this issue, which has strongly opposed the ruling party's escorts.
Klisman Kadiu, media adviser to Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, has not indicated whether Albin Kurti's deputy has gone to Brussels with a draft state for the Association of Serb-run municipalities.
He told Gazette Express that “the execution is on the political level”.
The prime minister, as you have seen, has presented his vision. The discussion is on the political level and should be seen on the road. There's no other detail to divide immediately”, he said.
