Petkov says Kosovo police arrested a Serb from Belgrade at the border: I informed Lajcak

According to Petkov, Branko Banja Luka was arrested after his wife wanted to go to a hearing in Pec to resolve a property dispute.
Petkov has said that he has informed EU envoy of the dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.
“He was sent to the detention centre in front of his wife's eyes by the effectiveness of Kurti's police, and despite Branko's being subjected to an operation on the spine and suffering from high blood pressure, he has not been able to take a bag of medicines with him because of the actions of the Kosovo police. The Office for Kosovo immediately hired a team of defence lawyers and personally contacted the family to provide any kind of additional assistance, and I directly informed Miroslav Lajcak” of everything, Petkov said.
Motives of arrest, Petkov has named them political.
