In a conversation organised by the Atlantic Council, Pahor said he has always supported the dialogue between the two sides, which he says is not perfect but has yielded results, Tanjug follows.
He has added that a good final agreement for Kosovo will not be reached if authorities in Serbia and President Aleksandar Vuciq are on Moscow's side.
