Numbering ends in 39 municipalities, Edi Rama's SP leads in most municipalities

The SP has triumphed in 33 municipalities, Kamaç, Vora, Elbasan, Pustec, Kolstec, Koljo, Libydez, Dropul, Tropoj, Roskovec, Libovo, Rrozhen, Krog, Grams, Bels, Përmet, Delvina, Tepenica, Tepelene, Poljani, Devoll, Lushjen, Bulqiza, Matin, Klos, Korcove.

While “Basca We win” in six Puka municipalities, Has, Himara, Memalaj, Mirday, Fushe Bears.

The Socialist Party could win with 81.25% of the vote. SP candidate Dhimiter Toli has secured 3709 votes -- a high margin of votes against “Basca -- we win” and the Democratic Party.

In the birthplace of Democrat Sali Berisha, the municipality Tropoly triumphed the Socialist Party with Raj Byber, who led 5126 votes, while Besnik Dushaj was “Baska won” received only 4876 votes.
