Ambassador of the United States of America to Kosovo Jeffrey M. Hovenier has started a meeting with two elected mayors in the country's north, Izmir Zeqiri, head of Zubin Potok and Ilir Peci, the elected chairman of Zvecan.
But at this meeting, which the US ambassador called after the created situation, two other leaders from the Vetevendosje Movement party, Erden Attic, the elected chairman of North Mitrovica and Lulzim Hetemi, the elected chairman of Leposaviqi are not participating.
In a statement to KALLXO.com, the chairman of North Mitrovica said there will be a meeting soon.
