Lushi on Facebook wrote that Specialised Chambers should become the State Court Against War Crimes.

“If Kosovo does not move, foreigners will not do Kosovo's affairs and criminals, especially those Serbs, will remain unpunished. Justice will not be done without Kosovo doing”, Lushi wrote among other things.

Kosovo's government should prepare the draft law while Parliament approves that specialised Chambers be carried from The Hague to Pristina within three years.

Specialised rooms must become the State Court Against War Crimes. Kosovo's state should allow a period of up to 2026 for foreign judges who want to continue the work, but work to be done in Kosovo. By 2028 all prosecutors, judges and other personnel should be of Kosovo, without any foreign citizens. This Kosovo Court must expand its scope and begin investigations, collection of evidence and establish war crimes charges for all who have committed crimes, including Serbs.

If Kosovo does not move, foreigners will not do Kosovo's affairs, and criminals -- especially those Serbs -- will remain unpunished. Justice will not be done without Kosovo doing it.
