Lajcak's visit aims to prepare future steps within the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, mediated by the EU, confirmed the institution's spokesman, Peter Stano.
“EU Special Representative Lajcak regularly travels to the region and visits Pristina and Belgrade, especially after high-level meetings in Brussels, to continue progress in what has been achieved or what has been agreed on in Brussels and to prepare the next steps”, Stano said.
“in this context, I can confirm that it will be in Pristina on Thursday and Friday in Belgrade”, he added, Rel reports.
At meetings in Pristina and Belgrade, Lajcak is expected to meet with the two states' top negotiators in the dialogue.
