Kurt tells me when the mayors swear in the north: We want normal stability, not strength and violence

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has offered no details as to when the three mayors in the country's north can swear.

He has said that more days must be expected to be seen if any Serbian party becomes part of municipal governments.

I told all the mayors in the north not to function triumphantly with pomp, but with dedication to all indiscriminately. Chairman Erdne Attic is not head of Albanians or only of VV, he will also in his cabinet have all communities of religions and all subjects. I believe things will go well, I hope they continue with three other municipalities. We want constitutionality and legitimacy, but even with partners we want to keep peace and security, we're going to do the best we can in the next few days”.

“Directors in four municipalities did not make a single party, nor a single ethnicity, the four heads have the government's backing, the minister Krasniqi's, respectively, will achieve how much we can improve the” situation.

The “to wait a few days, even if they don't have answers from the office of a political party there, they may have some Serbs who might want to become officials. I know that they haven't yet responded, to wait for Monday, and we're hoping that it can change for good, even if we don't have the complete legitimacy even if we don't have the normal situation we should aim at it, not with force and violence, but kindly and with the policy that's in service to everyone indiscriminately<1>

We can't have armoured objects first, but when and how normal both ceremonial and funsconalally elected heads will be closely co-ordinated with Minister Krasniqi. This is explained in the next week”.

“We need guides to implement the February 27th agreement. And of course, part of the steps in this implementation will be articles 7 and 10 of the agreement, but the agreement has 6 elements and 11 articles. So you agree on the inclusion of the agreement, but not on conditions or preconditions, not on implementation exclusives and not delays in implementation”.

I regret that in the April 23rd elections held in the four municipalities in the north, we have had a low population exit, but democratic elections are not only the right of citizens to express free will and are constitutional and legal duty. Let's not forget we had pushed, but it didn't make sense to be pushed again. The architecture of the state of Kosovo is powerful, our Republic cannot leave the citizen without a municipality. We can't allow vacuum to hurt Republic”.
