About 2,000 KED workers were struggling to catch halls in northern Pristina, while celebrating the company's 10th anniversary. Tok and them were celebrating the entire management, the owners of the company, Mr. Ahmet Calik, and Limak Holding's, Mr. Nihat Ozdemir, as well as honoured representatives from local and international institutions.

Everything was electrified when the ballet body started forming with Kosovo motives, as were the company's 10 years of operation. Meanwhile, in the background, a giant screen was showing the maximum commitment of all workers, who for a decade left nothing at all for Kosovo citizens to receive as good a service as possible, so that the company could advance as much and Kosovo energy to develop into a new dimension. A decade for which no investments were spared at all.

KED chief executive, Mr. The Dogan Alps, in his greeting speech, showed the reasons for our pride.

Mr. Dogan thanked all company workers for the continued commitment to improving customer service, motivating them to start a new decade.

We're excited about our changes that will take place for good in the next decade, such as infrastructure and digitalisation, quality of service and efficiency. We will continue to be guarantee of a universal, reliable and qualitative service”, he added.

Next, naming KEDS as a key instrument in Kosovo's energy sector in the last ten years, Mr. Ahmet Calik expressed happiness in the successes achieved through investments, as he said, in a beautiful place like Kosovo.

For these ten years we have invested over 216m euros to meet the needs of consumers, which were about 470,000 in 2013, and today there are about 700,000. We are proud that through digital platform, eKesco, we provide online services to about 206,000 users”, he said.

Mr. Calik also spoke of the realisation of successful projects aimed at improving consumer services, for which she thanked KED workers.

On the other hand, the chairman of Limak Holding Company, Mr. Nihat Ozdemir, said he sees Kosovo as their home, expressing pride in the impact of investments in Kosovo society.

The development and rapid changes we see here, along with the new population and dynamism in Kosovo, give us great strength and inspiration”, he said.

He also talked about a major contribution to investment in Kosovo youth through offering educational programmes. Under the KEDS Academy programme, which we started immediately after the company was established, we trained and certified about 600 young people in the field of energy, most of which are already part of the” company, he added.

KED is the property of prestigious Turkish companies Calik Holding and Limak Holding, and has started operating in Kosovo in May 2013. Through the realisation of more than 2300 capital projects, applying the most advanced technology and infrastructure, KEDS has transformed Kosovo's energy landscape, empowering its development for a stable future of electricity supply.
