Hundreds of applicants' complaints about 30 euros' pay, Visa Metric, are commanded to repay

The Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade has accepted hundreds of complaints by citizens for VisaMetric, from which the minister told Gazeta Express that when complaints are based on the operator and the same is ordered to remunit citizens for the inadequate <x0-time@x1>, as well as for the passport delivery service in the amount of 30 euros. Also, MINT confirms that the Market Inspectorate has collected all evidence and initiated the counter-wrong procedure in the competent court against the economic operator VisaMetric.
MINT claims it is announced by the court's decisions banning VisaMetric from forcing citizens for visas to pay 30 euros for the return of the passport.
Asked what steps the ministry took in the case of VisaMetric, MINT says they have initiated countervasive procedure in the competent court.
“The Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade, the Market Inspectorate, respectively, has initiated countervasive procedure in the competent court against economic operator”.
MINT told Gazeta Express that during this month, hundreds of complaints from consumers about the payment in VisaMetric have been received, and when the Market Inspectorate estimates that the complaint is based, it immediately addresses complaints to the economic operator Visametric and that the latter is commanded to remunt consumers.
“During this month, hundreds of complaints have been accepted by consumers, and in cases where the Market Inspectorate estimates that the complaint is based, immediately addresses complaints to the economic operator “Visameric” and this one is commanded to restore consumers for unreasonable postal services (sentries in the same address, while being charged with payment worth of 30 euros per member), failure to cancel the term”, says the MINT response given by the Express.
MINT says Visa Metric is remanding citizens.
“Based on the answers we are accepting every day, the economic operator “Visameric” is remunting consumers for unreasonable payments”, MINT says.
“Also, the Market Inspectorate has collected all evidence and initiated the counter-invention procedure in the competent court against the economic operator “Vesametric””, MINT points out.
Genus Salihu of the Bar Association RPHS La, has stated that following their admission, the Second Century Chamber of the Commercial Court's Act will respect the Court's decision.
