To unearth the paradox of the “site Beler”, which had the Hellenisation of the campaign under the support of the Berisha-Meta coalition, imagine a situation where because of the political battle in Pristina, Kosovo political leaders support a candidate for Northern Slavism by supporting a Serb in the north, Ottomanisation of Prizren supporting any of Kosovo's Turkish candidates for mayor.

This island without ethnic problems in the Balkans had to be scrapped to complete the mosaic, and who would believe aid would come through two politicians who still mark important steps in the Albanian state.

When Beler takes over there and his official policy is to be Hellenising that part, the Albanian reaction will be inevitable, which makes it necessary to address the situation at super-state levels. As out of nowhere, Albania and Greece will have a sensitive topic of discussion -- “ -- the issue of Greek minority in Albania”.

But what he does never forget is the devastating potential of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta, who want to push the whole country into their fall. For such damage, people in normal countries go to court, but in Albania they go to the folk house.

The Western Balkans are considered an easy target for Moscow. Near the European Union, not entirely stable and with strong ties to Russia, the combination seems perfect to offer Russia the ideal chance of revelation distracting the West and their attention.

But from learning in Ukraine, Russia wants no frontal confrontation or reaction speed. Standing up to its own misleading tactics, Russia is far more important to lead the problem from a distance.

The contrast between aggressive politics in Ukraine and the seemingly slow movement in the Balkans depends greatly on politicians in the region. The less the Russian plan, the more Russian it is, so the Kremlin puts its weapons in the other hand of anyone and through local politicians influences the agenda.

It is quite simple, Russia does not need the literal conquest of the Balkans, but the construction of the anti-Western Senate, the obstruction of reforms initiated by the European Union and interethnic frustrations.

The condition that builds on these three elements is Russia's natural ally. All within this alliance are Berisha and Meta.
