The Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade has held the “Development of the ecosystem of initial businesses (start-up) and innovation”.
In this case, Minister Roseta Hajdari said promoting new businesses and innovation remain the goal of the ministry's objective government.
According to her, the executive issue is taken seriously so that youths can create conditions in the country and not seek better living and working conditions in other countries.
She has even said that support for young technology workers will continue, calling this the basic development sector.
He even added that the budget is concentrated in this sector with potential.
“Start-up are the basis for development, taking on the large number of young people. The Government's goal and the ministry's objective remains to promote businesses and innovation. It is working in this direction and Kosovo has taken this seriously, with the goal of benefiting young people. In order for young people to stay in Kosovo and not look for better places abroad to live and work”.
Kosovo in the Balkans is the first in terms of rule of law. Innovation is a potential for development for students as well. I'm happy that young people are studying technology and this is the basis for economic development in the country. The Kosovo government and the ministry will continue to support young people who deal with technology and innovation. In Prizren, there is the ICT Centre that enables young people a lot of priorities”.
The Kosovo budget is concentrated to support technology and innovation. We also need expertise to know which projects we need more support. The European Commission also has a lot of supporting projects in this regard, so this opportunity must be seen. We'll also have the law regulating this”.
Finland's Ambassador to Kosovo, Matti Nissinen, said happy that in Kosovo there are many technology experts and even specialised companies in the sector.
He secured his state's support, adding that they have made rapid development in recent years, reports Online Economy.
There are many experts in this sector, and that makes us happy. There are also specialized companies. I want to thank the minister for his support in this regard. One of the priorities here to invest is that youth here is the future and that's the potential and we will co-operate more closely”.
I've been exposed to digitalization here. We can be very good partners who can help in this sector. Kosovo stands very well in the Balkans with regard to technology students”.
Vjollca Chavolli executive director of “Kosovo IPT Association” said that 15 years ago they had begun dealing with this area, but he never thought they would succeed.
She even expressed joy that girls are taking the lead in technology studies.
We started 15 years ago with a little dream of doing something, we didn't think we'd be able to get many companies to investigate their products abroad, and the number is growing every day. You were even increasing the number of girls studying technology, which exceeds the number of boys”.
