Haziri hits the VV's rule in Gjilan: They're breaking the law, they're scaring investors.

The local government has caused frustration and intimidation in investors. The tendency to examine, review and annul this VV-led administration is logical and perverse. We approved the Municipal Development Plan in Gjilan in September 2021, following a great commitment by local experts and partners outside municipal institutions. This is an unchanged document and the impasses that have happened have to do with non-zoning. No step has been moved towards implementing the second task.
