Hasan insists that the problem of this statement is, not “the appointment of violent missing victims, but the reserves at Article 2 of the Convention for violent disappearance”, which Vuciq has voiced on behalf of Serbia.
Hasan criticises the prime minister for taking on the pledge to institutionally open material evidence for the disappearances. “Del that we are barbarians with Serbia in the disappearance of civilians during the Kosovo war. This is absurd” Hasani says.
Mr. Kurti had to refuse Vuciki's reserve and insist on international standards on the responsibility of sovereign and independent states for the violent disappearance of people, carried out by the state and its agents or persons authorised by them”, he says.
