In this position, Judge Merem Memaj, who has so far exercised the task of leading the Supreme Court, has decided, but the same did not get enough votes from Council members to be elected to this position. It received a total of 3 votes.
By contrast, in presenting the report by the appreciative Commission, the chairman of the Commission for Candidates' Rate, member Villard Bytyqi, said Judge Majremaj has received 75 points from the commission, while Judge Fejzullah Rexhepi 81.67 points.
According to him, points from interviews and scores from the concept-documental assessment are included in this estimate.
The same added that none of the candidates have filed complaints regarding the commission's assessment.
His decree in this position is expected to make the country's president, Vjosa Osmani.
By contrast, until the election of Judge Memaj to the position of task officer, he had come after the resignation of former Supreme Court Chairman Enver Peci.
