Serwer has said that Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, have once again failed to reach an agreement through dialogue facilitated by the European Union.

Serwer has written that Serbia is moving internationally from the east and is becoming less democratic from the inside.
There's zero chance of an apology for the depression of the 1990s-a”, he wrote.
