We've seen a number of incidents, so we urge everyone to show restraint. It may be a matter of opening the bridge that has been discussed by the Northern Mitrovica Municipal Assembly, and of which the European Union has been very clear that this should be discussed in the context of dialogue. It should not be the issue of unilateral decisions by anyone, especially at this time when we are at a significant and sensitive point in dialogue and also in general in relations between Kosovo and Serbia. Also at the local level and we heard at this roundtable how important it is to hear local populations both in the South and North Mitrovica. Especially when it comes to Kosovo Serbs, their voice should be heard.

Wigemark called for the parties to adhere to provocative rhetoric, especially at the time the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue is developing.

“We are continuing with our intelligence patrols together with colleagues from Kosovo Police and KFOR, we have synchronized patrols. It's important that we try to stabilise the situation. As I said, we call on everyone to show content and give dialogue time and space needed to find solutions. “, he said. / RTV21
