The EU finds that any drilling is sensitive to nature and that's why they have counted some steps they should have followed. Here they cite preliminary information from owners, comprehensive information about property owners, their right to present comments about the required expropriation, and the possibility of adequate compensation, steps that they think should be followed before the process comes to an end.
