Election results in Turkey, what is known so far?

Tens of millions of eligible voters went out to vote yesterday in Turkey's parliamentary and presidential elections. For the election process and the counting process, which is now toward the end, The Guardian has made a summary: - Taking into account the voting counting process, the likelihood is that a runoff will be held between [...]
Taking into account the vote-counting process, the likelihood is that a run-off between current President Erdogan and his rival Kilicdaroglu will not reach the 50 per cent threshold.
The state-run Anadolu news agency has reported that Erdogan has received 49.24% of the vote and Kılıcdaroğlu 45.06%, but there have been differences between data provided by state media and the High Election Council.
-If it goes to the runoff, it is expected to be held on May 28th.
-This morning, Erdogan said he believes he has enough votes to win in the first round, but added he accepts the runoff. He charged that there are attempts by some “to deceive the nation”, saying they are leading. To that end, Erdogan did not name names.
-Kilicdaroglu said he would accept the runoff and win it. With all his lies and attacks, Erdogan did not get the desired result. No one should be enthusiastic about this being a done job. The elections are not won on balcony”, he said.
The High Election Council has said that over 91 percent of the votes have been counted and that there has been delays in counting votes from abroad. The blame for this left the number of voters abroad to the KLZ and parties competing this year.
-Kilicdaroglu and fellow candidate Sinan Ogan, who received 5 per cent of the vote, expressed concern about the pace of the vote count. Do not block the will of this nation. I call on our agents of democracy. Never leave ballot boxes and election boards. We are here until every vote is counted”, Kilicdaroglu wrote on Twitter.
-Ogan said he heard that votes abroad “were manipulated”. “The number of votes has not been made in a healthy environment. I warn the KLZ. The necessary measures should be taken immediately and ensure that the voting counting process is carried out quickly. In addition, we will not allow a fact carried out with manipulation of foreign votes”, he said, without giving any evidence.
In the preliminary results from parliamentary elections, the state-run Anadolu news agency has reported that Erdogan's ruling coalition had secured 49.38% of the general vote, while the opposition coalition 35.16% -- with potentially another 10% if the votes of the Kurdish majority Democratic People's Party and other Socialist parties increase. Anadolu reported that 96.39 % of the ballot boxes were opened, but that doesn't mean votes have been counted.
The share of parliamentary votes for Erdogan's party has been significantly reduced by previous legislative elections, with the worst result since Erdogan's party came to power in 2002.
-The bloody parliamentary result thus far suggests victory for a series of nationalist parties, but surprising losses for the opposition coalition led by Kilicdaroglu, who expected to get the majority. Kilicdaroglu had vowed to restore a parliamentary democracy system instead of Erdogan's presidential one.
Leera fell against the euro after investors expressed disappointment that Erdogan's era for the nonconventional economy does not seem to be coming to an immediate end.
