DP bets issued Shkodra, Tropoja, Devolli and Kamza will be ruled by the Socialists

After more than 30 years, Edi Rama appears to be close to winning in the Shkodra Together. Socialist candidate Benet Beci has created a visible advantage over his rival coalition “Basca wins”, Beddh Spahija. So far Beci has received a total of 32282 votes against Spahija, which has received 21259 votes.
Also at the birthplace of Prime Minister Sali Berisha in the Tropoj municipality, the Socialist Party triumphed. SP candidate Raje Byber led 5126 votes in front of coalition candidate “Basca wins” Faithful Dushaj, who received 4876 votes.
Although there was no candidate in the 2019 election, Byberi has this time been able to gain the trust of the Trojans by a margin of 250 votes.
Meanwhile, the Devolli municipality has been entrusted with the next four years with the Socialist Party's candidate, Edward Duro, with 8376 votes, while coalition candidate “Banka wins” Elvis Hajdrill has won 8011 votes.
In a statement to the media, Duro described a victory for the whole of Devolley.
While the district political leader, Niko Pelesi, described the victory as opening a new page of modern history in this municipality.
