Marko Djuric speaks of an approach, which, according to him, has occurred in recent years between Serbia and the United States of America. Serbia's Ambassador to Washington, Marko Djurovic, has said that in the past decade there has been an approach and improvement of reports between Serbia and the US, and that, according to him, is due to Serbian President Alexander Vuciq's foreign policy.
“Today, Serbia and the US are certainly moving ahead on the road to a very close former partnership we have had in our history not much in common. This did not come overnight, but is the result of a visionary attitude, cleverly conceived movements and the 10-year engagement of President Alexander Vuciq in the direction of Serbia's foreign policy, leading a stronger and wider improvement of reports with a world power like America. We must remember our previous starting point for our leadership and the international scene, where Serbia was not very welcome”, Djuric said.
Djuric has said that earlier the US's attitude towards Kosovo was so deep that it could not even be discussed, but now, Serbia is heard, even though America does not share its position on Kosovo's status.
