In an interview for the Italian daily “Cerrie della”, Djokovic has said he is aware that it would be difficult to carry out his wish because, always according to him, there is still tension in Kosovo, though no longer armed conflicts, follows “Gazeta Express”.
I want to return to Kosovo with my wife to baptized my children, Stefan, eight, and Tara, five years old. I know this is a sensitive issue because the conflict is still present there, although no more armed, but there is still tension. I don't want to get involved in politics, but for every Serb, Kosovo is in the heart, it is a centre of our culture, our identity, tradition and faith”, the Serbian tennis player said.
Djokovic, meanwhile, has done <x0vikim”, as Serbs usually do for the Kosovo war, pointing to the period of NATO bombings on Serbia.
