After 30 years, Devolli is won by the Socialists in an electoral race. It is estimated that 48 boxes from 49 to total were counted and won the socialist candidate, Edward Duro by 7693 votes, leaving behind coalition candidate “Banka we win” Elvis Hajdrelli with 7339 votes. The difference between them has been 354 votes.
Even in Deber the Socialist candidate beat Spahiu has a profound difference compared to the two opposition candidates Ismail Uka by Together We win and Naim Gazidede by the DP. The SP has received 7485 votes and while DP 642 votes, while “Basca wins” 2759 votes coming up third.
There's a surprise in Tropoj. Socialist candidate Raja Byber wins the 5126 vote, while his rival, Bakka, wins Faithful Field 4876.
At City Hall, Kukes is the next social candidate Safet Gjici to lead.
