The investigative findings: Target was the driver, crime was well planned
On the day she announced the indictment's establishment, prosecutor Gashi stated that after all the evidence, evidence and forensic analysis, the target of the suspects was bus driver and that crime was well planned.
Commenting on the investigation's findings, the prosecutor found that the chief officer had been pretending that night to be drunk or troubled to force the driver to slow down the bus speed.

What had happened?
The triple murder took place on November 26, 2021, shortly before 7:00. That night, the bus carrying students from Gjakova to Decan was attacked by Kalashnikov. Bus driver Gani Gjokaj and two students, Genta Mustafaj and Ledion Hamzaj, were killed.
Initially, it was talked about terrorist attacks, but police reported that there is no reason to believe the attack could have such motives.
Two days after the tragic case, the Government of Kosovo, along with the Police, had announced that they would offer a reward of 20,000 euros to anyone providing information that allows for the arrest of Decan's author or perpetrators.
The next day, the Department of Serious Crime at the Founding Prosecutorship in Pec said that he had provided some information that could lead to the dawn of the case.
“We have some indicators that we're tracking and we're moving forward to prove. Some circumstances tell us it's not going to be easy, but I'm optimistic we're going to do it”, he said about REL, the prosecutor of the case, Sahide Gashi.
On December 11, 2021, Pec's Constitutional Prosecutor, exactly Chief Prosecutor Agim Kurmeha, went to the media conference and announced that three suspects have been arrested in the case.
Another suspect in the case was arrested in February of last year.
An official statement has never been given on the motive, but in the media it has been described several times as a suicide probe track a few years ago, for which someone blamed the bus driver.
What she committed suicide was the suspect's daughter-in-law for the bus attack.
