“In the Washington Agreement, you good guy who happened at the White House, not at Tito's villa in Ohrid, we're dealing with vows, here you signed agreements where you had an amnister Serbia and equalled the responsibility to disappear in Kosovo, and you've taken away the opportunity that people have been entitled to for compensation”, Selmanaj said.
