She said the trial of the preliminary procedure today has rejected the prosecution's request for continuing the detention measure, and the same have been assigned home arrest measures until 12 July 2023.
“Referring to your request for information, we inform you that the Constitutional Court in Pristina has decided on the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo to continue the detention of the criminal case against defendants L. D, K.H. and O.H., due to suspicion that they have committed criminal work promoting division and not enduring Article 141 paragraph 3 over paragraph 1 related to Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
The judge of the preliminary procedure, dated 12.05.23, has received the verdict and has rejected the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo for continuing the detention measure in criminal case against defendants L. D, K.H. and O. H, so that the same ones have been replaced with house arrest measures in length of 2 (two) months, house arrest continues by 12.07.23, Gashi said.

“The defendants L.D., K.H. and O.H. have been announced by the court that conform Article 181 points 5 of the KKPK, the court can set the most serious measure of detention if the same does not respect the stated house arrest measure. The court has forced the Kosovo Police, verify the implementation of this move, and in case of its disrespect, the judge of the preliminary procedure is announced in this criminal case. House arrest measures against defendants L. D, K.H. and O. H, assigned according to Article 181 regarding Article 184 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.2 of the KPPRK”, Gashi told Express.
