Conjufca: Lajcak is partial

The European Union's mediator for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, “is partial”, Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has said, as far as an articulating even a series of criticisms about his stances. I think the chief negotiator is not impartial. I mean exactly Mr. Lajcak. He seems to me the way he [...] did.
Lajcak. He seems to me that the way he conceives of negotiations is like talking to two states that have no definition of status. He must have it clear that Kosovo has its status defined. For 15 years. If you think so that the Association does not prejudge anything and all open options are wrong. If you think all options are on table”, he said RTV21.
You know why. That I'm explaining. You know that Europe has Federative states, Kosovo is not a federal state and it will never be. It's a unitary state. Made up of its entities; and the entities are municipalities in their own. And Kosovo has two levels of governance. Communist and central. There are no federal organs and no territorial autonomy. If Lajcak says everything's on the table, he's wrong. There are federal states in Europe, divided into two parts. The rest has independence, it's divided, they create joint organs, where those two parts gather and discuss things. This is not open to Kosovo. Kosovo has entered dialogue, and I trust Hashim Thaci at the time, for normalisation of relations, not for remodating the state. We haven't entered dialogue to discover another country. But for normalisation”, Konjufca said
“We have limits for dialogue. For us, it's dialogue between two normal states. Isn't it for Serbia? Big deal”, he said.
