Ferizaj's Foundation Court has assigned the detention measure to four people suspected of being charged.
According to the report, the Court in this case has found there is a doubt that defendants have been charged with convictions and one with organising pyramid schemes.
They have a month's detention rate for each.
“State prosecutor's request for the detention measure against four (4) suspects: B.M., A.H., B.C., A.M., has been approved as based and the same as that ofʹu has been assigned a length of detention measure of (1) months for each separately, in line with the legal provisions of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code, because of the suspicion the defendants have carried out the criminal acts described above”, it is said in the statement.
Defendants B.M., A.H., B.K and A.M. are suspected to have performed works “Fideja”, “taskation” and “Organising of pyramid schemes and illegal gambling”.
