Austrian Eurodeput: Kosovo's people have orientation towards Europe

Kosovo has an orientation towards Europe”, Austrian Eurodeput, Lucas Mandl, has said as the Austrian-Kosovo Friendship Association's foundation ceremony is being held in Pristina.

President Vjosa Osmani, prime minister Albin Kurti, other political acts, foreign ambassadors, Austrian deputies and representatives of other states are participating in the event.

While this event is being held, the Austrian Eurodeput said he said the people of Kosovo have an orientation towards Europe.

Mandl also thanked the civil society, which he believed contributed to the relationship between two states until it confirmed that everyone has to work harder for citizens.

Meanwhile, Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani thanked Austria for everything she has done for Kosovo.

Kosovo's “State has also been made thanks to the help and unconditional support of its friends as well as Austria. At a time when our continent is facing numerous dangers from the hegemonic systems, it is important that our states strengthen ties. Bilateral economic co-operation serves as the basis for long-term friendships. Kosovo's friendship with Austria is as old, as precious. Austria is the friendly state that constantly helps us to establish the friendship association is a necessity”, Osmani has said.

The event has spoken and the prime minister, Albin Kurti, expressing gratitude to Austria for investments in Kosovo.

“Austria is a steadfast partner of Kosovo both before and after independence, offering its help in a series of areas. Austrian companies have invested in Kosovo by creating new jobs. Austria has been a Kosovo lawyer on the international stage supporting us to integrate”, Kurti has said.
