US Embassy media officials have met with journalist Valon Syla, while writing that it is a pleasure to meet Kosovo journalists.
They have also added that freedom of expression is one of the fundamental rights and one of the basic human rights rights that is guaranteed for all by the Constitution of Kosovo.

Also during yesterday, this embassy has dedicated great importance to press freedom.

It should be noted that journalist Valon Syla has been the target of two physical attacks. Recently he was attacked by three people after making some comments about an imam from Prizren.
The three people suspected of assaulting Silas have been arrested and placed in custody.
