While Lulzim Rafuna from Kosovo's Economic Oda said business is facing lack of workforce as a result of migration.
But he said this is also happening as a result of not connecting education to market requirements.
“We have called from the first day to speed up reforms in education, to link qualifications to labour market demands”, Rafuna said.
E Jusuf Azemi from the private sector union said that for 7-8 years abroad a fifth of the population has fled.
