So voted today in Council of Europe for accepting Kosovo's application

The Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers has voted in majority of votes for proceeding Kosovo's application to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
Ambassador Bajrami reports that Kosovo's pro-Kosovo voted more than two-thirds of the KE member states.
Subtitles: With 33 votes for, seven against and five abstentions the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers accepted the application for Kosovo's membership and launched the accession process, urging the KE Parliamentary Assembly to prepare an opinion on membership”, the ambassador Bajrami has written.
With this step, Kosovo completed its first phase of membership in the Council of Europe.
After that, the Parliamentary Assembly will discuss and vote at a next meeting for a report that it will prepare for itself. The report could be considered in June or October.
Kosovo applied for membership in the Council of Europe on 12 May 2022.
